Had an issue with a fender that the dealer would not handle and referred to CSI. We were able to book an appointment the same day. During the estimate, they took it back to fix immediately and wouldn't take payment as it turned out to be an easy fix. Wonderful, expert, customer experience from beginning to end. I highly recommend. And special thanks to Curly in the shop!

When we returned to pick up our CRV to after having two damaged areas repaired and the exterior cleaned, we were amazed at our "new" car. It was beautiful outside and in. Not only was the exterior impressive, but the inside was as clean and fresh smelling as the day we bought it. Collision Specialists did an amazing job fixing my 2022 Volvo XC90. They are Volvo Certified and held to strict standards when it comes to working on these vehicles. You would never know that I caused significant damage to my tailgate. Their communication with clients is excellent and they kept me updated every step of the way. I can honestly say there wouldn’t be any other body shop that I would take my vehicles to outside of Collision Specialists. Big shout out to the woman working the front desk. She’s the face of this place and has incredible customer service skills. No better person to represent your company than her.

If are are in need of a body shop you cannot do better than Collision Specialists in Durham NC. We live in Durham, NC and where in an accident in Richmond, VA. On a Sunday afternoon and having had a prior experience with Chris and the team we had our car sent to Collision Specialists. Chris guided us through the entire process in dealing with our insurance carriers which was a very eye opening experience to say the least. Their workmanship is as close to perfect as you can get. Our car a 2019 Toyota Highlander XLE before the collision was in excellent condition and it looks and functions better now than before. All of the work was completed with OEM parts and the paint is perfect. The entire team operates with their customers best interest in mind at all times. I dare say you cannot find a better place to have your car restored. Thier Pricing is very accurate and fair especially considering the level of workmanship.

This place is amazing!! Had a large branch from an Oak tree fall on the hood and took it to CSI and am truly stunned with the work they did. The car (Toyota Corolla) is 3 years old but they shop made it look brand new AND did a full detail job inside and out. I was not expecting that and couldn't be happier. It seriously looks like it came off the lot when I bought. I can't recommend this place enough. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Exceptional work!!!
